About
Bosnian-Serbian poet, writer, songwriter, and translator who wrote nearly 800 poems (collected in six volumes) and seven plays. Also an editor, he headed a literary review called Zora during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
Family
His parents, Mara and Risto Santic, had four other children. Tragically, one of Santic's sisters died as an infant.
