Won Super Bowl XLI as head coach of the Indianapolis Colts and Super Bowl XIII as a defensive back for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 1996 to 2001 and head coach of the Indianapolis Colts from 2002 to 2008. After his time with the Colts, he became a sports commentator on NBC.
