His wife: SinĂ©ad Cusack since March 28, 1978 , they have two children.  

He wanted to become a veterinary and attended the school of Sherborne, but abandoned school at the age of 18 to become an actor, he joined the Marlowe Theater of Canterbury, and later incorporated to the troop of British old Vic.

1980 Jeremy Irons debuted in the big screen in the movie in Nijinsky, where he interprets the role of Mikhail Fokhine, a movie of Herbert Ross
