1959 Carol Burnett debuted on Broadway in the musical comedy Once Upon a Mattress.

1962 She appeared in the Garry Moore Show

1967 Carol Had her own TV Show, called The Carol Burnett Show, which lasted 12 years and ended in 1979.

1969 Carol received the Special Tony Award

1981 Carol Burnett sued the “National Enquirer” because they said that she was drunk during a meeting with Henry Kissinger in Washington. She received 1.6 million dollars which she donated to charity.

1982 She acted in the film Annie.

1993 Her daughter Erin Hamilton was Miss Golden Globe.
